SUMMARY:PURE CAT COMMUNITY SOUND BATH
DESCRIPTION:First Friday’s of the Month @ 8 PM EST\nLocation: Virtual\nRegister Here: https://app.heymarvelous.com/tigerlily \nThe Tigerlily Pure Cat Initiative is an online wellness platform that is open to all! We are dedicated to healing through movement\, meditation\, fitness\, yoga\, prayer\, and more! \nContent and classes offered by Tigerlily’s Pure Cat Initiative are free of charge. To get started\, you’ll need to activate the free “Tigerlily Pure Cat Membership” in the Products section. Then view the calendar to check out upcoming classes and events. Click on the class to register and when it’s time\, click the “Join Class” button to connect with the instructor and your classmates. \nWe come together in a community to be supported by the soothing vibrations of breath\, silence\, and sound. The session begins with setting an intention for your practice\, followed by gentle stretches and breathing techniques to guide you into deep relaxation and surrender. The remainder of the journey is a sound bath guided by crystal singing bowls\, tuning forks\, drum\, guitar\, and vocal toning channeling the frequencies of love. \nJoin Michaela on the first Friday of every month for an opportunity to nourish your body\, mind\, and soul. Give yourself the gift of loving care\, attention\, and a space to relax and release at the end of your day. Sweeten your sleep by entering this sanctuary of self-love and connection. \nNo prior experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Wear what makes you feel most comfortable\, have a cushion and blanket nearby. Bring a curious mind and an open heart. \n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n Schedule: \n\n6:00-6:20 PM – Networking/Exhibit Tables \n6:20-6:30 PM – Welcome\, Event Overview and Speaker Introductions \n6:30-7:30 PM – Fireside Chat: Authentic Community Engagement\, Advocacy & Action w/ Tigerlily CEO Maimah Karmo and WOCIP Founder Dr. Charlotte Jones-Burton \n7:30-8:30 PM – Networking/Exhibit Tables & Reception Style Dinner \n8:00-8:30 PM – A Bedtime Story: Patient Story\, Wig & Scalp care demonstration \n8:30-8:45 PM – My Living Legacy: Clinical Trials and Diversity \n8:45-9:30 PM – Panel Discussion – Making Clinical Trials a Part of Your Living Legacy & The Power of Advocacy: Using Your Voice to Drive Trust & Change in Your Community \n9:30-9:40 PM – Closing Comments & Special Thanks \n9:40-10:00 PM – Networking/Exhibit Tables \n\nTHIS IS A FREE EVENT \n\n \n \n \n\n \n Panelists \n\n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Andrea Bonhomme \n \n Associate Director of Engagement\, Global Demographics & Diversity\, GSK \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candice Thompson\, MD \n \n Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery\, Department of Surgery | Division of General Surgery\, Breast Surgical Oncology\, Stanford Medicine \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Kim Rhoads\, MD \n \n Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics\, Director of the Office of Community Engagement\, UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Keisha Stephney \n \n Triple Negative Breast Cancer Thriver\, Lead ANGEL Advocate\, Alameda County\, Founder\, Peach’d in Pink Project \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Regina Barnes \n \n Breast Cancer Warrior\, Senior Care Consultant\, Population Health and Value Based Care\, Elevance Health \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n RSVP Here \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n \n Join our community of ANGEL Advocates! \nSubmit your application today and you’ll receive a complimentary ticket to one of our tour stops near you! \n\n\n\n \n \n APPLICATION
