I commit to working in my role as part of The Office of Community Outreach & Engagement to providing support and a resource for Black/African American women as we look to address cancer health disparities and inequities that exist among women of color in breast cancer. By providing a bi-directional partnership, using my own platform to raise awareness and having my future research in this area driven and led by the community itself.
