At SHARE, the effects of systemic racism are evident to us in healthcare, just as they are across many areas of our society that are marred by injustice. SHARE’s mission is to educate and serve. Our Ambassador Program was created by Black and Latina women for our local communities to empower women of all races to advocate for themselves and improve disparate health outcomes. As a racially and culturally diverse team, we proudly stand with women of color in demanding solutions to systemic racism, and we are dedicated to supporting the needs of the women we serve.
